Our Neighbourhood in Orvieto
We are located on a quiet street, only a 4 minute walk to bakeries, markets, banks, restaurants, shops and the Duomo. Our house comfortably accommodates 6 people with plenty of room for you and your family or friends to spend time together after a day wandering the town, visiting nearby hill top villages or sightseeing in Florence or Rome.

3 bedrooms. The air-conditioned master suite includes access to the private terrace, king bed, seating area and a large bath with walk-in shower & tub. In the guest suite one bedroom has a queen bed with access to the terrace and outdoor sitting area. The other bedroom has 2 single beds with a spacious closet. Both guest rooms share a separate shower room and 2pc bathroom. A baby crib is available upon request.
The air-conditioned open concept kitchen, dining room and living room are enclosed by vaulted ceilings and exposed architectural features. Fully equipped professional chef’s appliances with a 5-burner gas stove and large built in oven. Dishwasher, double door fridge with freezer and automatic ice maker, microwave, Saeco automatic coffee maker and All-Clad Pots and pans. Full size washer and dryer with ironing board and iron.
Master suite bathroom is large with walk-in shower, tub, sink and toilet. Guest suite has separate shower room and 2 pc bath
The living area includes an open concept kitchen, a spacious dining area and a living room with lots of comfortable seating to relax after a day of shopping or sightseeing. It includes a full media system, TV, DVD with a selection of movies. There are a variety of board games and books for your enjoyment.
Our spacious private terrace allows visitors the option of eating meals outdoors at the large dining table or unwind with a glass of wine in the cosy sitting area. There is also a relaxing spot near the fountain where you can enjoy a quiet opportunity to read or relax at the bistro table.
Public pay as you go parking is available in the multi level parking garage behind Orvieto only a few minutes by elevator or escalator through the tufo stone to a nearby piazza. Free parking is also available behind the train station or in Piazza Cahen at the top of the funicular.
